Epson r800 clean heads manually

 · I noticed that some of my prints are becoming blurred (funnily, only on subjects that are brown!), so I tried to run an "Auto Head Clean" on my Epson R This seemed to be going OK, then I ran out of ink in one cartridge and then the printer couldn't complete the auto clean and informed me I should do a manual one.  · Before storage, clean the print head with a cleaning solution until no more ink comes out on the paper towel, then use flushes of distilled water to remove the cleaning solution. Then being careful of where you place your fingers, gently, lightly wrap the cartridges in Glad Press and Seal to help it not dry up and place in box as described above slid inside a .  · Our Epson Photo R inkjet printer has some seriously clogged nozzles for three of the colors. I've run several nozzle check/cleaning cycles and used a lot of ink with no improvement. Now I know Epson doesn't recommend the use of cleaners with the printer, but right now I have a printer that doesn't function anyway and I'm ready to give.
